Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of neware.io and the Neware AI image generator, AI video generator, and image-to-video tools (the "Service"), operated by Neware ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Credits and subscriptions

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, depicts real people without consent in a misleading or harmful way, or violates our content guidelines. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

4. Ownership of generated content

Subject to these Terms, you own the images and videos you generate on paid plans and receive a license to use them commercially. Free plan outputs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable law.

5. Uploaded content

You retain ownership of any photos or files you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features, credit allowances, and pricing may change with notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neware is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
