What is Neware?
Neware is an AI content studio with three tools: an AI image generator, an AI video generator, and an image-to-video animator, all sharing one account and one credit balance.
Do I need any design or editing experience?
No. Everything runs on plain-language prompts and presets. Advanced controls are available but never required.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, the Starter plan is free forever and includes 50 image credits and 5 video credits every month.
Tools & output
Do I own the images and videos I generate?
Yes. Paid plans include full commercial usage rights. Free plan outputs are for personal, non-commercial use only.
What resolutions are supported?
Images export up to 4K on Pro and Business. Video and image-to-video export up to 1080p on Pro and 4K on Business.
Can I upload my own images as references?
Yes, all three tools accept reference or source images, up to 20MB per file in JPG, PNG, or WebP.
How long does generation take?
Images typically finish in under 15 seconds. Video and image-to-video generations take 1–3 minutes depending on length and plan priority.
Billing
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can buy a top-up pack anytime or upgrade your plan mid-cycle — the new limit applies immediately.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing date.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider. Neware never stores your full card number on its own servers.
